Hard to pick from her many books, podcasts, TED talks, and Netflix series…but I am especially drawn to her Dare to Lead book and podcast. A prolific thought leader on company culture and motivation. His latest book focuses on how to challenge our own assumptions as individuals to be open to learning from others and improve our decisions. If we all would follow this collectively, we could transform our workplaces, schools, and communities into places of learning and joy.
