Addressing systemic issues of racism and a lack of diversity has never been more important in the workplace.  I have the experience and personal lessons learned to help leaders navigate these challenges and opportunities with compassion and courage.

The approach may vary from resolving issues that have arisen in real-time, to creating a strategic plan for recruitment, or initiating Employee Resource Groups with meaningful impact.
